I purchased this item from Amazon and received very quickly. Opened the box and
plugged it in and guess what? The on and off power switch was defective. You
would think that someone in the factory would check the power switch (Quality Control)before putting it in the box. I don’t care much about Audiovx’s quality
control procedures.

We purchased this DVD player less than a year ago to entertain my 6-year-old on trips. Within 6 months, it started “hanging” for no reason, basically as if someone pushed the “pause” button. Sometimes it comes back on, sometimes it just stays that way. It is now totally unuseable, it hangs after about 10 minutes. It is total junk.

I bought this DVD player for my granddaughter in August 2009. It worked great until about one week ago (January 2010) and now it doesn’t work at all! If you are thinking about buying this DVD player be sure to purchase the extended warranty.

Less a year old. Rarely used (only on road trips). Now won’t even recognize a DVD. These are not poor quality DVD’s, and they are easily read by every other player (including another portable unit) I own. Good luck with this one.

This unit has been advertized for sell stating one unit remaining for 2 week. Each time I make an attempt to purchase, the check-out process cannot be completed due to “no units” are availble. On screen back Amazon says 3 are availble….I just want to know if they’re available or not, I shouldn’t have to all the way to the purchasing process to be told they are sold out. Just put it on the front page….better PR and Customer service.
