Overall we liked the unit. We bought it for a vacation trip. The connector between the two screens was loose in the second screen so it took a lot of wiggling and jimmying to make the connection. Thankfully we were able to return the unit and will be receiving another one…I hope it doesn’t have the same issue.

We purchased this unit 3/25/09 and we have had issues with it ever since we purchased. Half the DVD’s don’t play on the unit and the other half skip constantly. I plan on returning it.

The Coby Dual DVD was a great buy. . We had an issue with the first one we bought from ANTOnline. They are the worst company to deal with, all we wanted to do was get a replacement. They would not even talk to us when we called their so called “Customer Service”, they told us to go to the website and fill out an RMA request. I contacted Amazon after an exchange of emails with their “Customer Service” group. Amazon took very good care of us and after 3 weeks and two different credits we got our refund. The reason for the second refund was because, ANTOnline tried to rip us off for the shipping fees even after Amazon got involved, but again Amazon took care of us and got our full refund. After purchasing one from another company we are very pleased with the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANTOnline! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

BOUGHT THIS FOR A FAMILY RODE TRIP TO DISNEY WORLD WHICH WAS A 20 HOUR DRIVE. ONE OF THE DISPLAYS QUIT WORKING WITH IN FIRST HALF HOUR THEN WITH MAYBE 2 HOURS OF VIEWING THE MAIN PLAYER STARTED SMOKING AND FILLED THE CAR UP WITH SMOKE. NOT TO MENTION THIS WAS WHILE WE WERE GOING THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS AND THE KIDS WERE SCREAMING. LETS JUST SAY WE WERE MAD. MY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY ANYTHING BUT THIS

I bought these for my children to watch while traveling this summer. The third time we used them the #2 screen stopped working. I wish I had spent a little more money a got a better brand, this Coby product is a piece of junk.
